A stakeholder says, “Move that button to the top.”

Think before scrolling
How would you turn this into useful product feedback?
Connect the concern to a user task or observed difficulty.
How a strong PM thinks
Describe the failure before prescribing the fix.
Try: “After reviewing the case, I could not find the action to assign it. Can we test whether managers can identify the next step quickly?”
The button may need moving, a clearer label, or a different hierarchy. Review against the intended scenario and constraints rather than treating personal taste as conclusive evidence.
Takeaway
Explain what is hard for the user.
Problem-based feedback gives design room to solve the right issue.
